I can’t recommend SpotlessNYC enough. I spilled red wine on my white linen couch and thought it was completely ruined. They were incredibly responsive when I called and were able to pick up the cushion right away. Throughout the process, they kept me updated on the progress, which I really appreciated. When I got it back, it looked nearly perfect — I honestly didn’t think that would be possible. They did an amazing job, and I’m so grateful. We hired SpotlessNYC to clean our upholstered banquettes at our restaurant in Murray Hill, and the results were outstanding. They did a full steam shampoo extraction cleaning that removed heavy dirt, food stains, and odors that had built up over time. I contacted Spotless for a quote and they came within 24 hours to assess and pick up my water damaged area rug. They thoroughly explained all of the various cleaning options and suggested a best solution for my particular rug. These guys are awesome. We had a pretty brutally stained white sofa and they made it look brand new. It only took a couple of takes to get the cushions finished, then when they returned, Kevin finished the rest of the sofa on site. I spoke with Mike.. set a date and they came to my house and inspected a really nasty stain on my couch cushion.. they took my 2 cushions and brought it back to the shop and was able to get the stain out..
